Our ability to offer a consistent, quality service to major clients such as Sega often prompts repeat business as demonstrated in this series of formings: Created to enhance the deluxe version of their arcade driving game, the success of 'Outrun2 SP' - based on the rear end of a Ferrari 360, prompted Sega to commission two further projects; 'Ford Racing Full Blown' based on the GT40 and 'Sega Rally3' - shown here.

Recognised as a market leader in the amusement industry, Games Warehouse were looking to create a product which recognised the needs of the player, operator and site owner.

We helped them focus development accordingly, by evolving their product and developing their range to include Paragon Pro and Infiniti as pictured.

Excel Photonics Systems Ltd
'Pulsar' handsets for cosmetic skin treatments: This project not only called for an updated new ‘look’ for the product: safety regulations meant that a double interlocking wall had to be created where the two halves of the injection moulded handset meet - to eliminate the risk of potentially dangerous electric current being transferred from the water-cooled light source inside the unit to the hand of the operator - or to the individual being treated.

The tooling and mouldings were sourced by 3dSP design in the Far East allowing a significant reduction in the client’s component costs.

The Magstim Company Ltd
An established producer of magnetic brain stimulators, Magstim wanted to improve it’s equipment range by switching to a higher-volume production process for some of it’s products. We stepped-in and re-engineered the Bistim interface, pictured, to include a series of injection moulded adaptors capable of customising it’s use for a range of enclosure applications. After a series of prototypes and testing the unit was produced and a second project with similar scope was commissioned to produce mouldings for the Air Film Coil - inset picture.
